Built the delivery engine for a connected public safety platform

I was the first Professional Services and Implementation hire in a new Oracle global business unit focused on public safety and local government. I built the services business and implementation organization from the ground up, defining how complex deployments were scoped, sold, and delivered.

The product vision matured into a fully connected public safety suite spanning dispatch and 911 workflows, field operations with in-vehicle tablets, reporting, and jail processes, built on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

  • Created pricing and estimate structures, Statements of Work, risk workbooks, and delivery processes to support enterprise implementation programs.
  • Hired and built a delivery organization across project management, consulting, training, integrations, and data migration.
  • Owned delivery readiness and stakeholder coordination for live deployments in regulated environments.
  • Coordinated hardware deployment logistics, including in-vehicle tablet procurement and installation scheduling with third parties and internal operations.
